  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption

  • Access to production systems is restricted and logged

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms. When you connect these services:

  • We access only the data necessary for synchronization
  • OAuth tokens are used to authenticate on your behalf
  • Data shared with platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of: ClickUp, Atlassian (Jira), and Asana.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

  • OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted
  • Sync history and logs are deleted within 30 days
  • Backup data is purged within 90 days

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Disconnect integrations at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
