By accessing or using Task1 ("Service"), a product of Emmabyte Engineering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Task1 provides bidirectional synchronization between ClickUp and external project management platforms including Jira and Asana. The Service enables automatic task syncing, field mapping, and conflict resolution between connected platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (ClickUp, Jira, Asana). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of each platform. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emmabyte Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
